Propose walk-in withdrawal care on Hastings with a path to treatment, housing support and paid work. Add serviced shelter and legal RV options, reliable public toilets and block-by-block rat control; seek a phased tobacco-retail transition.
First homes · rent relief · tax targets
Explore first homes on public land with shared equity that keeps the next sale affordable. Speed up emergency rent help, test verified rent reductions and publish two-year tax targets with honest budgets.
Victims · missing persons · accountability
Focus policing on violence, repeat harm and victim follow-up. Strengthen missing-person investigations and family contact; seek specialist financial-crime capacity and test cameras only with privacy rules and auditable access.
Repairs · movement · public space
Publish street-repair backlogs and enforce SRO safety standards. Make parking and towing fairer; pilot better signals, improve EV charging, restore parks and beaches, and plan for heat, smoke and outages.
Storefronts · learning · culture
Bring empty storefronts back into use, support Hastings and Chinatown businesses, and improve the visitor experience through cleaner, safer public spaces. Explore an accessible AI learning centre and wider access to arts and recreation.
Public voice · open evidence · simpler services
Use Agora to invite resident proposals between elections. Publish service results, spending and source-linked evidence; develop City Servant to simplify forms and services, and pilot voluntary digital credentials and lost-ID recovery.

I want to deliver practical improvements to people’s lives, with results we can measure and evidence people can examine.
I’m also a bit of a comedian, so expect some humour and satire along the way. The issues I’m addressing are serious, and I believe a little humour can sometimes make a bitter pill easier to swallow.
The posters below highlight my platform. I also plan to release a demo of Vancouver City Servant, my live-avatar project. You can try the beta of Agora, my civic-engagement app designed to give voters a say on matters before council.

My work included writing material for her lecture series on the pharmaceutical industry’s influence on academia and public policy.
I moved to Vancouver a decade ago and have lived and worked in the Downtown Eastside for most of that time. My background and firsthand experiences have shaped my practical approach to solving problems and improving public services.
In 2025, I volunteered at Bowser Island in North Vancouver, taking on an informal community role as the island’s “mayor.” I helped arrange sanitation, access to drinking water and fire-safety equipment, and helped provide places for people to live.
I’m eager to put my experience, energy and problem-solving skills to work for the people of Vancouver—the best city on Earth.
