Former Mayor of Bowser Island in North Vancouver, worked for Dr. Nancy Olivieri at University Health Network on her lecture series at U of T about big pharma influence on research, and has for a decade worked on municipal projects like improving public toilet access in the Downtown Eastside to installing public IP cameras for public safety and even fixing potholes on his spare time with his own money. Scott has two kids that are police officers on Bowser Island and the VPD have recognized their fine work even off duty on the streets of Vancouver.
